Dumb intro

Now that I've got my own dns name (thanks to dyndns.org), I may as well have a website. A web site which will experience horrible horrible neglect, but a website still, and nothing can take that away from it. Well, except for dyndns.

I will organize this page into sections. In each section will be things related to the section header. This is excluding those things which are not related to their section header. They are in sections with unrelated headers.

My Stuff

One might wonder why, in my design of this web page, I would put my own stuff below that of my friends. Might it betray a subtle altruisity, or an exceptional sense of loyalty? I would encourage people to jump to such conclusions, because they would obscure the fact that I am forgetful and prone to doing things without a motivation more complicated than 'opps'.

Holdem percentages: Percentage chance (approx) of winning with a hand from one of the first 6 groups. I calculated this using Poker Source, a sourceforge project.
Holdem Hand Values: Hands ranked by expected value for 2-10 players.
Dotfiles: For *nix nerds like me.
Traffic simulator: Probabalistic traffic simulator. Many hours of both my and my computer's time were spent implimenting this simulation and obtaining the following result: everyone is able to go faster if you move right when you are going slow :)
EyeReactionCascade is a program I wrote the summer after high school. It simulates what happens on some membrane of some cell in the eye -- part of the mechanism behind vision. It is a good example of a cascade reaction.
